  1. Those look two very interesting books indeed. But I watched the video and found it highly suspect of being an Australian version of Faux News and its misinformation outrage machine. I have not been able to locate a single original source document to validate if the alleged quotations are legitimate from the YouTube video, which is suspect in itself. I am following up with the California Department of Education and will eventually do the same with the Sky News Australia once I have read all the documents Revision of the Mathematics Framework website. In due course I will have more information.

  2. Such talk acutally is a diversion from the strategies that can reduce inequality, such as:
    1. Constitutional and legislative changes proposed by FDR to guarantee economic rights.

    3. Economic science which would ensure we invest more in people as per Keynes and many elite economists since. The follow up to the Spirit Level recognized this investment need and incorported more economic strategies
