Why do I blog?

  1. Amen! And it is the first thing repressive regimes try to block.

  2. Knowledge is possessed only by sharing; it is safeguarded by wisdom and socialized by love. (48:7.28)

  3. There is ZERO knowledge in this blog.
As a regular follower for many years I am grateful for all the healthy iconoclasm, scepticism, doubts and nihilism. But, this is NOT knowledge.
    From the Oxford dictionary:
    Knowledge ,noun
1 Information and skills acquired through experience or education, the sum of what is known.
In philosophy: true, justified belief, as opposed to opinion.
2 Awareness or familiarity gained by experience.

    • Thanks for you opinion Kinglsley,

Opinions are like assholes; everyone’s got one. Every blog has its carping critic. A display of specialized skill does not signify possession of wisdom capacity. Cleverness is not a substitute for true character. Philosophers commit their gravest error when they are misled into the fallacy of abstraction, the practice of focusing the attention upon one aspect of reality and then of pronouncing such an isolated aspect to be the whole truth, a rather common pedestrian error perpetrated by carping critics.

      • You can’t debunk false theory and false economics, without knowledge. It is knowledge that falsifies false knowledge, false theories.

        Now, you know. That. Too.

Now, what would call my comment, that it is based on knowledge?

No matter what you call it. It is based on knowledge. It is knowledge.

But in contradiction to Syll’s post’s statement – to nuance it a bit, I will also say that knowledge is worth something, no matter if it is shared.
