  1. You may be interested to know that the “logistic regression” is identical to the Fermi-Dirac distribution in quantum mechanics. The Fermi-Dirac distribution defines the probability of an energy state being occupied for a system consisting of a many identical particles that obey the Pauli exclusion principle. The Pauli exclusion principle pertains to the system of the identical particles as having a property, which happens to be called spin, possessing two possible values. No two particles may occupy the same energy state if they possess the same value for this property known as spin.
